REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR OPERATIONS SERVICES
Save Barton Creek Association (SBCA) is
seeking an experienced independent contractor to provide business operations services.
The ideal candidate must have experience in office management, communications and
outreach, and administrative and financial support.
Job Description
Anticipated start date: July 15, 2023
Contract length: 6 months with possible yearly extensions
Negotiated compensation based on experience
Contractor will work under the direction of the Executive Director and will have the
following responsibilities and duties:
Monitor and correspond to SBCA general mail, email and phone inquires
Maintain donor/membership database and donor acknowledgments
Maintain and update SBCA social media platforms and website content
Maintain Google electronic files
Schedule meetings and maintain organization calendar
Coordinate and attend fundraising/outreach events
Coordinate SBCA happy hours and outdoor events/volunteers
Facilitate intern program
Maintain marketing/outreach material
Coordinate with SBCA bookkeeper and provide requested documents
Process accounts payable and bank deposits
Respond to SBCA Board administrative requests
We are accepting proposals for these services until June 15, 2023. Please email
SBCA@savebartoncreek.org with your proposal and resume. Proposal must provide
required compensation. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Central
Texas. No personal benefits will be paid. Contractor will control his/her own schedule
and pay all personal federal income taxes.
